Maria believes that we are resourceful and whole and that people achieve their full greatness when they are accepted and valued for who they are and they feel safe enough to courageously show up as their full human self. That we are not our stories or the words we’ve been told, or we tell ourselves we are. As we liberate from our stories and conditioning, we free ourselves to step further into who we were born to be.

An ICF (International Coaching Federation) trained and Co-Active Professional Certified Coach (CPCC), Maria’s work as a coach focuses on creating the conditions in which people can excel in a way that is authentic to who they are. Maria believes in coaching and honoring all parts of her clients humanness. She creates a safe space in which people feel comfortable, whilst challenging her clients to bring all sides of themselves into the work and disrupt the patterns/habits that are keeping them small.
